In February 2018, Matthew Coffman and Jamie Spiegel started Phase 2 Vehicle Specialties with a commitment to provide unparalleled sales and service to their customers. Matt and Jamie both have over 20 years of experience working in the specialty vehicle industry, so they decided to partner with the best manufacturers available to create that one-of-a-kind company. One that takes pride in what they do!
Phase 2 Vehicle Specialties is the Pennsylvania dealer for PL custom emergency vehicles, Rescue1, and FR conversions type II ambulances. Our services include ambulance sales and services. We also offer ambulance remounts, specialty EMS upfits/conversions, and tool mounting. We offer a proven preventative maintenance program too. Phase 2 Vehicle Specialties is a certified BraunAbility dealer, the #1 selling wheelchair van manufacturer in the world.
Matt Coffman
Matthew Coffman is our mobility specialist/owner. He has over 20 years of experience in the specialty vehicle industry. He also enjoys antique tractors, hunting, and spending time with his family.
Jonathan Shepsko
Jonathan Shepsko joined our emergency vehicle sales team full time on 9/1/14. Jonathan had previously worked in the construction equipment sales and rental industry where he was an inside sales and service representative. Jonathan has been a member of Valley Forge Volunteer Fire Co., in Valley Forge PA since 1997. He currently holds the position of Chief Engineer and Trustee. He has also assisted Valley Forge Volunteer Fire Company on several truck committees. Jonathan is also a member of West End Fire Co. No. 3 where he holds the position of part-time Firefighter/EMT and engineer. Jonathan has completed various classes in the fire, rescue, and EMS, and is currently a PA State EMT and NREMT. In his free time, he enjoys spending time outdoors fishing, atving, and spending time with friends. Jonathan’s extensive fire, rescue, ems knowledge, combined with his customer service experience, allows Jonathan to help his customer develop a strong lasting relationship through the sales process.
Jamie Spiegel
Jamie is our service tech/owner. He has over 20 years’ experience in the specialty vehicle industry.
Aaron Barnes
Aaron is our service manager/mobility sales specialist. He has over 20 years’ experience working
as a service/parts manager of specialty vehicles.
